[TZGISUG] National Land Use Master Plan (NLUMP) 2009-2030

Dear list,

I have a map of the National Land Use Master Plan (NLUMP) 2009-2030 and I'm
looking for the actual report, which should explain the map better. I'm sure
I found the pdf ones on the web, but it doesn't seem available any longer. 

Does anybody has it?
