The Honeyguide Foundation have a job vacancy for a Monitoring and
Evaluation Manager. Central to Honeyguide Foundation's 2014 objectives will
be the development of a facility to provide the  Honeyguide supported
community-based natural resource management areas with training to improve
their capacity through monitoring, mapping and strategic planning, using a
shared stock of specialized equipment and software and innovative methods.

Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) and many Community-Based Natural Resource
Management (CBNRM) areas do not have the human resources and tools to be
able to collect data and analyze and develop the reports for thorough
evaluation and planning. Honeyguide's adaptive approach will enable the
CBNRM areas to be able to implement the strategies in an effective manner.

The M&E manager will manage all M&E activities of the department according
to the master system designed by the various team members, clients and IT
consultants;including to provide overall technical oversight of monitoring,
evaluation and research activities and ensuring all strategic plans of the
CBNRM areas have clear indicators and quantifiable criteria to enable
reporting of the performance of all AP and HWC units; furthermore the M&E
manager will be overall responsible to write, edit and compile reports
related to the work of the department for all the clients.
