[TZGISUG] Shapefiles from 2012 Population and Housing Census of Tanzania

When I looked at the TZ agroecological zone maps for south-eastern 
Tanzania I found them to be identical to the SOTERSAF soil maps, just 
reinterpreted as crop recommendations, so suggest you just go get the 
SOTERSAF data (Google for the whole set or get the Tanzania subset from 
ILRI), and use that. I think you can download PDFs of the agroecological 
zone maps from some website (try 
http://www.kilimo.go.tz/agricultural%20maps/Mlingano.htm), and thus 
easily cross-reference to the soil map boundaries. However, I would take 
all results with a large pinch of salt since I think the underlying 
SOTERSAF data is pretty crude and has not been well ground-truthed. I 
would not expect it to be useful at sub-district level.
