[TZGISUG] Worldpop raster - anyone downloaded in Arusha?

I saw those later - still dubious about the bandwidth  cost until I can get
on a more stable connection, or confirm that it's not a general issue with
large downloads from their server.

However, one kind soul has offered to bring the archive this weekend so am
sorted for now!
