includes DRC <http://portals.flexicadastre.com/drc/en/>, Uganda 
<http://www.flexicadastre.com/uganda/> and Kenya 
<http://map.miningcadastre.go.ke/map/> which covers all of the Albertine 
Rift region.

I am pretty sure that each Government agency will hold the copyright of 
the shapefiles.

If you have not already done so, I suggest you contact the TZ Ministry 
of Energy & Minerals.
