[TZGISUG] Constituency and ward maps?

Dear all,

I am looking for maps of Tanzania's mainland Parliamentary constituencies
and wards (corresponding to the 2010 elections). Shapefiles would be ideal,
though I would be almost equally delighted to find picture files that could
then be converted into shapefiles.

I'll be in Dar next week if anyone might be able to recommend contacts with
whom I might follow up on this request. I intend to start with the NEC and
NBS...
