[TZGISUG] SHAPEFILES

I think Robert's suggestion is probably as good as any, but I am not 
convinced any such master data set exists. I have seen multiple 
conflicting but nonetheless official government maps of the village 
boundaries in the same area. Also data storage was often only on 
individuals' computers, so I fear a lot of data goes missing (and indeed 
could well be a cause of the inconsistent maps), but maybe that has 
improved in recent years.
