agree with Adili,

but it should be wider than open source, that is one big component.

we can welcome anyone but if arusha works we export to Kilimanjaro,
manyara.  KINU is great but not that helpful to us here in Arusha, unless
we perfect live feeds.

what we need now is many people contributing as to what they see this
entity doing for them and others.

I ask TzNOG (through ismail and solomon) that we have a evening during the
upcoming Tznog training for us to continue brainstorming, Habari can
provide up to 200,000 for drinks and myself personally 50,000.
