So did you see the video..?

The idea is to start a techies incubator of skills...by sharing and
networking thoughts ideas e.t.c. so that we come up with applicable
solutions for our communities challenges, starting with challenges in the
work place i.e using Linux, incorporating more open source technologies,
building our skill set, using this skills to address problems like virus
control, designing software's like mpesa, bus ticketing applications, tours
reservations programs e.t.c.

For this to happen we need a place that we an regularly meet on an informal
level but with access to utilities we enjoy in the workplace that enable
one perform better. So reliable power, comfortable space, good internet,
books, access to mentors/advisors e,t,c...it should be an academic nor game
house or an office environment but a compromise of all these that picks the
innovative building aspects of each of them.

This place with need support from all these sectors but my thinking is that
it will have to be run by young, creative determined and inspired I.T
wannabies with big dreams who just need the right environment to show their
potential.

So beleives he/she ready to try work on bring out their true potential?
