[ALUG] Working group 2 (Collaboration Workspace)

I am pretty certain I can get space and bandwidth, for #3, mainly intended
towards outreach .   Not certain about the pc's or workstations funding.
Would the other group put effort into the outreach in exchange for a better
facility?
