[TZGISUG] SRTM 30m for Africa Released

Hi everyone,

this might be of interest for anybody who is working with DEMs in 
Tanzania. The SRTM Digital Elevation Model which was previously only 
available at 90 m resolution has now been released at 30 m resolution 
for all of Africa. It is available at http://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/. 
Choose the "SRTM 1 Arc-Second Global" data set.
