If you are GIS Developer, this is for you.

I have a vector Grid layer (50mx50m grid) of a town which I call Towncode and it has an attribute which contains the GridcodeID value for each cell,  Also I have another vector layer of administrative boundary which has three attributes (district, ward, village).

Now I want a User  to type the GridcodeID on a mobile phone, and  the Apps to search in the  GIS database this GridcodeID, when found, then a grid layer and administrative layer should open and zoom  showing  the location of the TowncodeID and the location where a person is standing.  The Google satellite image should display as a background.

If anyone can develop such a Mobile Apps, please contact me urgently, we will have a business to discuss.
