Azzurra,

sorry our project does not work in the Njombe region.   The ministry of health has a list of all clinics and there location.   there is also a GIS group in arrusha which has a lot GIS information for the whole country.  you may also what to reach out to professor Mike shane from Glasgow university who can point you in the right direction.  good luck with your dissertation
