National Housing Corporation intends to develop an international standard , well designed community , a self contained satellite city in Arusha , Tanzania on a 300 acre plot of land. 

The site is at a very good location with very scenic views and abundant natural habitat. The satellite city will be mixed use containing private villas, residential town homes , apartments, holiday homes, commercial ( office block ) , Retail and leisure and conferencing facility.

Your view will be important feedback for us while the city is getting developed.
