[TZGISUG] Village/Wards-Tanzania

Dear All

I have compared at least three different regions/districts where reliable
village boundaries are available.

What I have noticed is that the villages of the shapefile on the link are
in reality enumeration areas for census rather than village boundaries. In
some few case they do coincide but in the many cases, a village has a
number of those enumeration areas. Worse still, the enumeration areas do
not "respect" the proper village boundaries. One enumeration area might
cross from one village to another.

Let us wait for the proper village boundaries!
