[TZGISUG] Shapefiles for Parliamentary constituencies?

Dear all:

I was wondering if anyone is aware of shapefiles for Tanzania's
Parliamentary constituencies. I am new to this list so my apologies if this
question has already been asked recently. I did not see a reference to it
in the recent archives.
