[ALUG] Logjam and Apache 2.2 in Ubuntu 12.04

Today Ubuntu released a update for Apache 2.2 obsoleting my patch.
DH parameters can now be added to the SSLCertificateFile with "openssl
dhparam 2048 >> path_to_certificate_file

The additional options for TLSv1.x and EC and disabling export ciphers
are now also supported.

It is a similar patch like RedHat added to their RH-Enterprise (CentOS)
packages. Thanks to Alan pointing me on this.
