The medibuntu repository is shutting down.
Most of the software hosted there is already in the normal repositories
for Debian/Ubuntu and libdvdcss for watching encrypted DVDs found a new
home at videolan.org

How to add the new location to your sources.list is described at

The stable in the deb line you have to replace with the name of your
distribution example for Ubuntu 12.04 you replace stable with precise
