[ALUG] Meeting #3 (September 5, 2013)

Our 3rd meeting was successfully held last Thursday. Our discussion was an 
extension of the two ideas we have been looking into (see threads for 
Working groups 1 & 2). I am going to post notes on the meeting in those 
respective threads. Take a look at them shortly.
