- how to control bandwidth in your institution
-filtering traffic
-redundant connection failover
-identifying why slowness, tools,
-monitoring your network
-designing SME networks for robustness
-On a higher someone could talk about routing, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc on a
national and international level
