[ALUG] Presentation session guide

Given the experience of our sessions so far, I think it would be useful to 
add just a little structure to the sessions. Here are some thoughts:


Evening Presentation session:

1. Duration of presentation is a maximum of 1.5 hours.
2. Allow at least 30 minutes of discussion after presentation.
3. After a maximum of 2 hours for presentation and discussion, we allow the 
floor to anyone with Any Other Business (AOB).
4. If venue is still available and audience is willing, 
presentation/discussion can continue after AOB.

These are just some initial thoughts which I expect us to refine over time 
as we reflect on our experience.
