A leader is a reflection of his/her people.....if any change is to come it
will have to start with us...the people ...!...and lets also remember we
enjoying the benefits of our forefathers (Nyerere) refusing to accept kama
kawaida and doing something about it.

So better you start by preparing yourself so that when the opportunity
comes you are in the best position to take advantage of it.
