Try to visit TTCL and discuss the issue with their Tech engineers so far its possible to get fiber link from them depend on your location or the radio link.

Hope your fine, We are agroup of three people and want to become an isp.
How do we get the bandwith to start selling to customers. I hope you know
people who can provide this service at cheaper price. if possible give us
their contacts so we can communicate with them and see the better way we
can connect to them at cheaper price
