The latest explotable bug in IE 6 to 8 maybe never will be fixed really.
IE 8 is the latest version XP users can install.
To close this hole as good as possible see:

Another patch is installing EMET toolkit:

But best solution is: Using another browser or upgrading the OS.
A ggod chance to upgrade to Linux ;)
