Some random thoughts 

This space should be available for schools to schedule sessions so students 
can have access to computers and internet.  Individual students can 
register with the "space" and have access to the lab.  Somehow it has to be 
different than a "computer school " in town.  



Later advanced students can be assigned tasks to develop , test, or 
implement a project.  They may or maynot be reimbursed.

Students have mentors from the "professional group"  They can be interns.

Teachers are encouraged to come and use the facility
