If you use an D-Link DIR series router you should check the D-Link website for updates. D-Link released secutity updates for several routers.
Fixed problem: A OS command injection using the web interface is possible. An attacker is able to get control over your router. For example he can configure redirectors to redirect your outgoing traffic to other servers to install maleware or misusing your router to attac other systems.
