[TZGISUG] Constituency and ward maps?

[smwansasu at ira.udsm.ac.tz]

Those from ILRI, I am sorry to say it, are just not good enough. That is
the best polite words i can find to describe them. I understand the NBS
had announced some consultancy to produce a new set of ward boundaries.
Can somebody from NBS let us know the progress?
