Or you can use phones with bluetooth hands free support and using the
asterisk chan_mobile module.

I don't know how alpha the chan_dongle for USB is. Try it out if it is
working stable.
If chan_dongle is working stable but the fusion not you can also try a
Huawei modem. Most of them are voice capable.

If one this two options are working stable for you could use also SMS
and USSD.
If you connect it to a FXO card then you have only voice capabilities.

It is a mobile number, so clients will send SMS to it. With the Fusion
connected to a FXO card the SMS is stuck in there and nobody will ever
read it. Might be bad for business.

Or you get a GSM adapter card. If you need only a few GSM lines a PCIe
card would be fine.
Benefit: Install and use it like a FXO/FXS card plus have easy access to
SMS and USSD.

If you expect to use more GSM lines: Look for a GSM gateway. Usual 19"
rack mount and the smallest can already handle up to 20 GSM lines. From
the asterisk side easy to configure: It is simply a trunk.
