Yes it is very ok, the mirror is a meant to be a much closer server
(repository) with these updates. So you now don't have to get these updates
from States or Europe you just get them from the one at Habari if you in
Arusha or from the Aptus one in Dar.

In most cases it will be faster as the link will be less congested and of
better quality or even cheaper because for a Habari client picking the
updates from the Habari mirror it will be like picking from a server in
your local network and free of bandwidth costs. Same goes for the aptus
one...in time even the link to Dar will be cheaper than picking from
Europe.
