[ALUG] Checklists

To allow us to better run our presentation sessions I've put together a 
checklist to help anyone who is tasked with getting a venue to ensure it 
will be a great fit. Over time if you feel we need to add or change 
something please add your thoughts so our sessions can run smoother. In 
time I also expects us to come up with checklists for presenters.


For Presentation sessions venue:

1. Chairs (enough for the expected audience)
2. Desks (when the session involves the audience interaction with their 
machines/laptops)
3. Several working power sockets
4. Need for one or more extension cables to provide power from within easy 
reach of desks?
5. Strong wifi signal in the room.
6. Will wifi be password-less during session? If not we should get the 
password before session starts.
7. Check with Habari if we can get extra bandwidth for session (if venue 
supplied by Habari).
5. Projector provided by host or ourselves?
