[ALUG] System monitor

I've been trying to monitor system resources on Ubuntu 12.04 - while the
System Monitor application works just fine, I'd like something that runs in
the panel up near the clock. Ideally it would show CPU as a percentage, and
a network activity graph (like MenuMeters on OS X).

Any suggestions?
