I think the only way out also is to have a good programing/coding way of handling session or capture's when collecting user credential on login I do believe well encrypted pages with good certificates will be impossible to crack in.

This attack also relies on the user clicking a malicious link ... so presumably this won't work if you start with a clean browser session, or even a new tab?
